Like I said in my previous post I talked about my bullet journal, bujo for short. I wanted to share with you what my monthly spread as well as a few yearly spreads that I have completed. Monthly Spread: This is just the Title page for January. It's kind of just plain but doesn't mean I won't put more things on there later on or find inspiration for next years. Obviously every bujo has to have a monthly calendar which I like because I can put all of the dates that I have to have in my phone calendar on this calendar. It helps me have that organization all in one book. So obviously I wanted to see what days of the month I was happy compared to sad and then with my health and fitness goals I wanted to keep track of my water intake. I know I have an apple watch that tracks all of my sleep but I think being able to do something that I can physically watch to see what days I get the most sleep.
