New things and reasoning.

    Hi... I realized that I wanted to give the blog a whole new way of what I write about and what I do. I used to do random here and there post but now I want to focus on book reviews as well as things that I do with my bullet journal to help others understand bullet journaling.

Get to know me.

     Well if your new here let me tell you about myself. I'm from Kansas and I have 2 beautiful children. I'm currently engaged to the person who is not only my other half but my soulmate. I graduated from college in 2023 with a degree in Mass Media. What is Mass Media you ask? Well it's everything that is around you. It's movies, television, books, blogs, advertising, and so much more. I originally went to school for nursing but I took one class and that's when I found my calling in Mass Media. In that class I was able to be creative and be myself. I was able to let my emotions out in ways that I always did just be able to find new ways to do it.

    While in college, I found my passion for photography and writing so much more than I used to be. I used to be a person who liked to be in front of the camera but now I'm someone who likes to be behind it. I was able to have experiences that I never thought I would get to have, like going to a Minnesota twins game and be apart of the press conferences before and after the game. It was just before then is when I found my passion in writing sports stories as well as sports photography. 

    After college I began to work full-time and tried to find a job that way I could have every weekend off to spend time with family and friends and also find time to read my books and write as well. I am hoping that I can use this blog to get book reviews up and telling others more about them. I want more people to realize that reading a book can help escape the bustling world of our lives and be able to imagine the story in the mind and take you there.

    I also hope to make a monthly "newsletter" of what all I have posted within the last month as well a life updates with my goals as well as life in general. So recently I started reading books more. I'm thinking about making a thing on here about my reviews of the books and my true thoughts about what I truly think about the book. I think that reading is not only good for the mind but for mental health as well. When I'm reading I feel like I'm going to a whole new world inside of my head, yes almost like the island from the movie Inside Out. To me I always thought that you had to be super smart to be a reader but now as an adult I think totally different. Also, with the book reviews I want to do a TBR (To Be Read) list on here just to show what I do have in either my Kindle app or my Apple books, even physical books. Right.
