So recently I started reading books more. I'm thinking about making a thing on here about my reviews of the books and my true thoughts about what I truly think about the book. I think that reading is not only good for the mind but for mental health as well. When I'm reading I feel like I'm going to a whole new world inside of my head, yes almost like the island from the movie Inside Out. To me I always thought that you had to be super smart to be a reader but now as an adult I think totally different.
Also, with the book reviews I want to do a TBR (To Be Read) list on here just to show what I do have in either my Kindle app or my Apple books, even physical books. Right. Now I can’t believe how long it is and that’s mainly because I do Stuff your kindle events and I’m always looking at books at stores and such. Having my TBR in a way to show that you aren’t alone in having a big TBR and many of us readers tend to have a long one. I will also put in a DNF (Did Not Finish) section just to hold myself accountable.
I also have started a weight loss journey and I want to keep like a journal of it on here as well. I think I will start doing that on here as well. I want to show people that even as adult that if you can set your mind to it you can do it. It’s not just me going on this journey, it’s also Aaron because we both found out that we are prediabetic for type 2 diabetes. We want to be able to prevent it so that we can be there for our kids int the future. We started a Keto diet and maybe I can put in here of what a week looks like for us.
